- First, sit in Padmasana and close your eyes.
- Sit keeping your spine straight.
- Now place your right palm to your right knee and left palm to your left knee.
- Now take a deep breath through both of your nostrils until your lungs are filled with air.
- Now Exhale through both of your nostrils forcefully, so that your stomach will go deep inside.
- Keep it in your mind that as you exhale you feel some pressure in your stomach.
- While the process of breathing will happen you can listen to a hissing sound of your breathing.
- At this point do not put any pressure on it. You do not have to stress on breathing, just breathing in the normal way every time.
- Repeat this breathing process for five minutes continuously and then relax for a while.
