In simple words, it is made up of Kati meaning waist, and Chakra meaning wheel. Coming in the wheel posture and rotating the waist to the right and left is called Kati Chakrasana.   • For this, first come into the attention position.
  • In simple words, stand straight. Now keep both hands on the waist.
  • Then keep one hand on the waist.
  • At the same time, wave the other hand in the air and bend the waist.
  • Do not suppress physical strength during this.
  • After coming into this position, breathe at a moderate pace and keep your eyes closed.
  • After a few moments, come back to the first position.
  • Then do Katichakrasana with the other hand.
