Steps To Do One-Legged Pigeon Pose:

  • First, sit and strength your hands and knees on an asana.
  • Now, exhale, bring right knee to the right wrist.
  • Then kneel on the right foot so that the heel comes to your pelvis.
  • Then move the right paw near the left hand so that the left-hand wrists and the right claw touches.
  • Now move the left leg gently backward and spread it.
  • Keep in mind that the left leg should be straight and the foot should be upwards.
  • Now press your right buttocks to the ground, which will cause a pull in the back.
  • Stay in this post for a while and take a deep breath.
  • Now kneel and kneel on your right leg and turn upside down and lift it up and pick up.
